Refund & Returns Policy

At Drapery Boutique, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. This policy outlines the eligibility, process, and terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review it carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of physical products purchased from DraperyBoutiques.com under the following conditions:

• Condition of Products: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Eligible Product Categories:
• Returnable: Beach dresses, accessories, clothing, sportswear, shoes, bags, and gift boxes.
• Non-Returnable (unless defective): Swimwear and lingerie (see below for exceptions).
• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 3 working days of delivery notification and completed within 14 days from the purchase invoice date. Returns requested outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective:

• Lingerie (if opened or tried on).
• Swimwear (if the protective hygiene strip has been removed).
• Sale or Non-Returnable Products: Any products marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@draperyboutique.com with photos and details of the issue.
    • For defective items, exchanges or refunds will be processed without any additional charge.
    • Exchanges: If the replacement item costs more, the balance must be paid before dispatch.
    • Refunds: Processed without deductions for eligible defective items.
  2. Refund & Exchange Fees

    • Refunds: A 35 AED charge will apply for processing refunds (excluding defective returns).
    • Exchanges: Delivery fees apply as per standard shipping terms. If the replacement item costs more, the balance will need to be paid.
  3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email info@draperyboutique.com with your order number, details of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Include photos for defective items.
2. Return Authorization (RA): Once approved, you will receive a RA number and detailed return instructions.
3. Packaging: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include the RA number inside.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is for a defective or incorrect item. Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  1. Refund Process

    • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
    • Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error.
    • Restocking Fee: For items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags/packaging, a restocking fee may apply, or the refund may be refused.
  2. Exchanges

    • To exchange an item, initiate a return as outlined above. Once processed, place a new order for the desired item.
    • Exchanges are subject to standard delivery terms and charges.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within the expected timeframe:
1. Check your bank account or payment method statement.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank for processing updates.
3. Email info@draperyboutique.com for assistance if the refund still has not been received.
